Iryna Ruban

Business advisor and top manager with more than 12 years of practical experience designing complex projects, managing change, and implementing visionary strategies in digital, IT, finance, media, consulting, and retail industries.
Iryna has worked in an international auditing and consulting company, EY Ukraine, and in top management positions in Ukrainian medium and large companies.

She has an MBA degree from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a certificate in Corporate Governance from the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy and the INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre. In 2023, Ms. Ruban completed the Oxford Impact Measurement Program at Saïd Business School (UK).
Iryna is also a co-founder of the “Starenki” charitable foundation, aimed at supporting the elderly Ukrainians.

Olena Litvinova

An impact and business consultant with 17 years of experience in international financial consulting and senior positions in corporate business. Provides services as an independent member of supervisory boards and audit committees, specializing in enhancing operational efficiency and developing strategies for social impact.

Holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Social Business and Entrepreneurship, and is a chartered certified accountant with ACCA, UK.
Olena is a co-founder of several social initiatives in Germany, including Norddeutsch-Ukrainisher Hilfsstab e.V., the cultural festival Ukrainian Days in Hamburg, and the Ukrainian radio UVoice.

Oliver Kempton

External expert and partner at Envoy Partnership, a social value and impact management consultancy, UK

Oliver is a social value consultant with 13 years’ experience of supporting organisations to understand, measure, communicate, and improve their social impact.
In 2011 Oliver co-founded Envoy Partnership. He sits on Social Value International (SVI)’s methodology sub-committee and is an SVI Level 3 Advanced Practitioner of Social Value and SROI. He has taught social value at the LSE, on the Executive MSc Social Business and Entrepreneurship program, and at the Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship, Goldsmiths College.

Oliver was part of the UK Green Building Council’s Defining Social Value Task Group, which led to UKGBC’s Framework for Defining Social Value. He currently sits on the BREEAM Social Impact Technical Working Group and the UCL School of Management IMPACT project, which focuses on measuring and managing social impact at the ecosystem level.
